This game centers around exploring the virtual game world, gathering resources and using them to build different kinds of structures. The game opens to a world with a flat layout and three-dimensional box trees with no structure in sight, which is quite similar to Minecraft. You will be given an autonaut which is capable of automating resources around it such as trees, clay, and lumber to various crafting tools and structures. As you move further in the game, you will be able to build more autonauts, set up and cultivate farms, and rear animals for food production.
Although there are other characters in the game world, they are incapable of rendering any sort of assistance to you. Each structure requires a particular amount of specific resources which can be picked up by your autonaut. The game is still in its pre Alpha stage which means you may encounter bugs and experience different issues.
While the game has a lot of potentials, almost everything about it is still basic, so you may not get the gaming experience you expected.
Autonauts is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in simulation category and is available to all software users as a free download.
