With a size of less than 500KB and capable of working on Windows machines up to Windows 7, the Bricks 2000 is the game you need if you want to have some fun in your spare time. A game of Tetris that can take up hours of your time.
And the game is pretty simple to play; all you have to do is position differently-shaped blocks on top of each other and form continuous lines. The lines disappear from the screen and the only thing you must do is to avoid to remain without space. The shaped pieces are colored and the game has good sounds as well.
To play Bricks (Tetris) 2000, you use the Up arrow key to rotate the pieces and the Right and Left arrow keys to move the bricks to the right or to the left and position them where you want.
The bricks fall by themselves, but you can speed things up by pressing the Down key after you’ve positioned a piece correctly. Also, the game helps you by displaying the shape of the next piece in the right side of the screen, so you can plan your strategy accordingly.
Beware that the pieces start falling faster during the game.
