This little program is a free and simple solution to large CSV (Comma Separated Values). There are programs that can’t work with very large CSVs and can’t import the data you need. As frustrating as it may be, there is nothing you can do except to feed the program several smaller files that it can digest.
This software is perfect at splitting a CSV into dozens of smaller files and can even insert the header row into each resulting file. You have the option to select how many records per line you with to export into each smaller file and select the output directory. The program is very stable and does its job perfectly.
It can also merge small CSVs into a large file with the same ease it can split the large file into several smaller pieces. To merge, all you have to do is select the files, select the folder where the output is to be saved and start the process. You also have the option to prevent the program from using the first line from all files but the first one (avoid header duplication).
