Use iPhone as a HDD storage device"
A review by John

If you have been using computers at the early turn of the century, you would have realized that computing has come to a long wat as regards storage devices. Prominent among the existing storage media are the floppy disks. These are about 3.5 squared inch devices that can only store 1.44 megabytes of data. That is absurd compared to what you can do today with small portable storage devices and embedded storage and smartphones that can store gigabytes of data. With this program, the user can connect iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad, iPod touch among others and use it as an external storage device.

This app is very useful in a scenario where you need to quickly store or copy data and do not have a USB drive handy.

After installing this application, the user can access both the internal storage of these iOS devices as well as the external storage.  These storage appears on the computer as portable drives and allows the user to copy files to and from these devices through a USB cord. This program is useful for anyone that owns an iOS device and would like to use it for storage.

DiskAid is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in iphone tools category and is available to all software users as a free download.
