DiskSpeed32

Measure the speed of a hard disk"
A review by John

Without the hard disk then you are sure you do not have a functional computer system. Just as the name suggests, this is a tool that gives you a report on the overall speed of your hard disk. When the hard disk is distorted then the response time of all operation is slow. The information provided at the end of the test drive will give you an idea of what could be ailing your computer so that you can run troubleshoot solutions before it finally crashes.

The interface is simple, you only need to run the configuration settings to customize the tool for your personal display. On the main window, there are two tests that you need to run, the fast and the full tests? The fast test takes a shorter duration although it only checks the essential parts of the hard disk. The full test is comprehensive and it can even take an hour before you get a full report. In addition, you can also do a random and a speed test within the same toolkit. Whatever option you go for, you must have a display of the findings or report with possible solutions of what is expected of you.

DiskSpeed32 is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in disk analyzer category and is available to all software users as a free download.
