EasyBCD can fix boot errors, change boot order, add new entries in boot menu, backup and restore bootloader settings. It is an utility for experienced users. The interface is well organized and intuitive. You can view detailed information about Windows Boot manager, change the boot order (if you have multiple operating systems installed) with a simple key press or skip default Windows boot menu.
It allows to add new entries to boot menu for Windows, Linux and Mac OS. Also, you can add entries for portable or external media such as disk image, ISO, floppy, WinPE or Bios extender. From the Advanced settings menu you can change settings for each boot menu, such as name, drive, safe mode.
Another important section is backup and repair where you can backup settings before making modifications or to keep them in order to backup if something fails. Is also able to re-create or repair boot files.
EasyBCD is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in boot manager/disk category and is available to all software users as a free download.
