Thumbnails are extremely helpful when dealing with a library with many media files as they provide a preview of the video content. This is a set of Windows shell extensions which displays thumbnails for video files within Explorer windows. It generates thumbnails for different media types such as albums, audio files, video files and more.
The application offers support for different media formats such as FLV, MP4, MOV, and other formats compatible with FFmpeg library. It reveals more detailed information on any file you place your mouse cursor on and also when you check the file properties.
You can choose to activate or deactivate the thumbnails from the application main window. You can edit the thumbnails spacing, use the cover art embedded in the file as thumbnails, enable black and white frame detection and choose which of the file clip is used.
It is very useful when it comes to generating thumbnails for multimedia files.
