The most popular SSH client used to connect to servers is PuTTY, but there are many other alternatives like this one that offer additional features. KiTTY is an improved version of Putty and connects users with a remote system through text commands (command line) and is still under the use of network administrators requiring access to different remote computers for executing commands.
Apart from Telnet, SSH and serial connections are also used. Users can connect and execute their commands later by specifying the path in advance.
Automatic logon
It is able to perform automatic logon based on a script. You can open multiple sessions and each one can be managed separatelly.
KiTTY uses SOCKS and HTTP servers if you are looking for a secure connection. For connections of SSH types, AES encryptions are used by default but 3DES and Blowfish can also be used from the program’s database.
It has a friendly interface allowing you to control every parameter and connection details. Customizing the terminal window and label it according to color and behavior.
Tray and transparency
These are small features, but as system administrator you find them useful when you work all day with SSH.
