Also available as installable version GIMP
Edit images and vectors"
A review by John

This is an open source freeware raster graphics editor which aids users in retouching and editing images, free-form drawing, encoding images to different formats and more. GIMP is considered as a free alternative to powerful and popular image editors like Photoshop.

This is offering you all the tools and features that can be found in GIMP in a lightweight and comprehensive application. The application does not require installation, simply download the executable file on either your internal hard drive or external drive, and run it on any computer.

The interface is similar to most image editors with the application’s tools neatly arranged in the Toolbox window. The application is highly versatile and comes with the features you will normally find on paid image editors.

In addition with the conventional range of editing tools such as crop, scale, blend, paths, pencil, select and erase, the application also offers layers, masks, channels, filters and special effects. The application comes with a correction mode that makes it easier to correct barrel distortion and perspective problems.

Overall, the application offers everything you need to edit images on a professional level, where you are an amateur or an expert.

Portable GIMP is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in graphics category and is available to all software users as a free download.
