R-Studio

This application allows a user to create images files and recover data from FAT, NTFS, ReFS, FAT12/16/32, exFAT, Ext2/3/4 FS (Linux) file systems. It utilizes a unique data recovery tech which distinguishes it from most other data recovery solutions. Even, this program supports raw file recovery for incognito file systems or severely damaged systems. Actually, for damaged or incognito file systems, this app looks out for unique data patterns (“file signatures”) most likely for the affected file types. However,  recognizable file types can be defined by the user, and the list of recognizable file types can be modified to contain new file signatures.

Interestingly, the app will still work on formatted, deleted, or damaged partitions on local and network disks. With flexible parameter settings, users of this app are wholly in charge of every action performed by this program.

This app supports a rich text/hex editor, so, users can actually view their files or disk contents and edit them using this state-of-art hexadecimal editor who has support for NTFS file attributes. A file previewer feature is available on this app; it displays image tiles or the first frames of recovered video files as the icons. This will make things easier for the user to spot the files he/she wants to recover.

It is part from backup and recovery category and is licensed as shareware for Windows 32-bit and 64-bit platform and can be used as a free trial until the trial period will end. The R-Studio demo is available to all software users as a free download with potential restrictions compared with the full version.
