This is a recorder that is helpful for the creation of tutorials or capturing steps for actions that are taking place on a user’s computer. The program helps to record the actions being taken and gives users the ability to fine tune the recording and make some formatting and changes and then also to broadcast the content to the world.
Annotations and voice over
You can create tutorials or other type of content – presentations for example, using your microphone and voice over video. Or you can add annotations like in Camtasia.
The program packs a lot of features such as the ability to make high quality recordings, an interface to make adjustments that are consistent with a normal camera recording such as zooming, brightness and other features. It allows for the apportioning of keyboard shortcuts to some of the controls that would be encountered during the use of this program.
The format for output can also be selected from the formats that are bundled with the software which are the FLV (preferred for online sharing) and AVI (preferred for post-processing operations before sharing takes place or usage in any other software).
The interface is simple for inexperienced users which is icing on the cake for the many features that accompany this program.
