There are several standards used in displaying the information in an address book. One of the most widely accepted standards is the vCard. Many mobile devices and communication programs support the importation of contact information from vCards. Besides the import of contact info, many devices also backup contact information by exporting them in the form of vCards. However, it is difficult to view the content of several vCards on a PC without a dedicated application.
With this software, the user can read the content if multiple vCard files easily without having to open each of the vCards individually.
The program is a portable executable file, so it does not require installation to work neither does it leave entries in the registry or orphaned files on the system. The program can be launched directly from any portable storage device.
To use this application, just select the target folder that contains the VCF files, and the program will display all the content of the various files in a single table and arranged in alphabetical order. The alphabetical order makes it easy to locate any specific address contained in the aggregated VCF file.
VCF Viewer is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in file openers category and is available to all software users as a free download.
