The Windows operating system has come a long way in its functions and design from the earlier versions till date. One the radical change in visuals of the Windows operating system was implemented in Windows Vista which was released in 2008. The look and feel of Vista show a considerable difference from XP, its predecessor.
One of the significant changes is the transparent look on the taskbar and windows are computers with DX9 GPU graphic cards. However, whenever the window is maximized, the transparency vanishes. What VistaGlass does is to create a couple of editing on the system files to prevent the class visuals from disappearing when the window is maximized.
