Analyze biomolecular systems"
A review by John

The 3D CAD design industry was revolutionized various sectors including the word of molecular biology. With this program, the user can easily display proteins and other types of molecules, and animate them through 3D technology and a customized scripting technique. The interface of the application is simple, making it easy for new users to navigate. The experienced users will love the high-quality rendering of molecular scenes which makes it highly interactive. It can easily analyze massive structures with more than a million atoms.

Many molecules are bundled with the application by default. But the user can also add more molecules to the program by using the molecules file browser feature of the app. The program has an intelligent feature that automatically detects the type of files loaded. However, the user has the option of manually selecting the file size when the application detection feature is not accurate.

After the OpenGL Display window shows the visuals of the molecules loaded, the user can select any part of the structure and change the color, add more materials and create labels. The features of the program can be further increased with the use of extensions. If you study biophysics, this program is excellent for you.
