The operating system will have different updates and fixes. The big ones are called Service Packs and the smaller ones are called hotfixes. This tool will display a list with them and allows to remove or uninstall Hotfixes or Service Pack. This application shows you the entire Windows updates on your PC, provides you with quick links to where you can learn more about them and also allow you to uninstall these updates.
It features a double-pane interface. The upper panel shows the list of all Windows updates while the bottom panel reveals the list of files of the selected update. Upon launching, the application automatically scans and loads the list of Windows updates on your PC. When an update is selected, it reveals its files and the file information such as the checksum, file version and description, current file version and full path.
In addition, you can export the selected updates or the list of all updates to HTML, CSV and other file formats, as well copy to Windows Clipboard. To obtain more information about an update, double-click it and a pane will pop-up, showing the update name, description, installation date, application, web link, display version, update type, uninstall command, last modified time and more.
WinUpdatesList is licensed as freeware for PC or laptop with Windows 32 bit and 64 bit operating system. It is in signatures / updates category and is available to all software users as a free download.
